On This Month's Cover:

A three-car traffic accident and resultant fire on Interstate 5 near Castiac, CA, caused a 450-acre brush fire. It took 200 firefighters from Los Angeles County Fire Department and the Angeles National Forest using water dropping helicopters and air tankers nearly four hours to control the blaze. The fire occurred on August 4, 1995.
