On This Month's Cover:
Atlanta Squad 4 Firefighter Matt Moseley is carried by a 70 foot long rope from the bottom
of a Department of Natural Resources helicopter. He has just removed a stranded operator
from the top of a 220-foot-high steel construction crane exposed to heavy flames.
The massive fire consumed the Fulton Bag and Cotton Mill and spread to several surrounding
buildings on April 12, 1999.
